Dr. Badger is deeply committed to the total health and well-being of all her young patients. Always, her first goal is to earn your child’s trust by providing a caring environment and delivering treatment in a non-threatening way. She wishes every child patient to have happy and fun-filled dental visits that, in turn, can lead to a lifetime of positive dental experiences. She strives to treat your child as she would her own.
Dr. Badger grew up in New Mexico and completed her
undergraduate studies at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque.
She received her dental degree from the University of Colorado

Outside the Office
While not in the office, Dr. Badger enjoys reading science and historical fiction, sewing, and walking. As a family, The Badgers love skiing, hiking and swimming.
Sheena K. Kansal, DDS
Board-Certified Pediatric Dental Specialist
Dr. Sheena Kansal’s passion is to provide a genuine, personal and fun dental experience for her young patients. She values establishing a safe, caring and comfortable relationship with her patients and their guardians. Providing exceptional care is one of her utmost goals.
Dr. Sheena (as she is called by her staff and
patients) was born and raised in Canada. She
completed her undergraduate and dental studies from University of
Alberta in 2000. After practicing as a general dentist for six years,
she relocated to the Pacific Northwest and completed the two year
specialty training fellowship at OHSU in Pediatric Dentistry.
The training provided clinical experience in infant oral health
care, sedation, hospital dentistry, child psychology, anesthesia,
medically compromised, orthodontics, mentally and physically disabled.
Following her fellowship, she gained hands on experience in the
concept “No tears or pain” dentistry which she
proudly incorporates currently at Hollywood Children’s Pediatric
Dr. Sheena is an active member and the immediate past president of the OAPD (Oregon Association of Pediatric Dentist). She has given lectures at the annual AAPD conference (American Association of Pediatric Dentist) and has been a faculty member teaching and guiding dental students in the OHSU Pediatric Dentistry Department.

Outside the office
Although being a native of Canada, Portland has become her home. In her free time, she enjoys running, ice hockey, reading and writing. The Kansal family attempts to experience all the Northwest has to offer and enjoys being part of the Rose City community.
Cyndi Neukamm, EFDA
Cyndi is our office manager who has been in the dental field since 1991. She is a member of AADOM (American Academy of Dental Office Managers). Feel free to contact Cyndi if you have any questions, comments or concerns. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three girls, and her puppy, Bella.
Amber Bywater, EFDA
Amber started out as a patient of ours and liked it so much she became a dental assistant. She works in both the front office and back office. She has a wonderful smile and loves working with children. In her free time, she enjoys the beach and camping with her husband.
Shelby McCord, RDH
Shelby has been a dental hygienist for our office for two years. She graduated from Pacific University and loves working with children and their parents. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
Marquita Kudrna, RDH
Marquita has been involved in pediatric dentistry for over 30 years. She loves giving children a positive dental experience. She believes there is nothing better than hearing a child say, “I love coming to the dentist.” During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her three grandchildren and her dogs and gardening.
Kim is one of our fabulous assistants. She has a magic touch with the patients. She enjoys spending time her family, her dogs and crocheting.
Tracy is a great addition to our front office. She moved to Oregon in 2009 and enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. Tracy loves to watch movies, go to concerts and travel, especially to Tulum, Mexico.
Danielle Corbin-Frias, EFDA
Danielle is one of our new dental assistants. She became certified as an EFDA in 2001. She is married and has three handsome sons. In her free time, she bakes cakes and travels. Danielle absolutely loves the snow and going to the mountain.
Kayla Loveall-Rader, RDH
Kayla is one of our wonderful hygienists. When she isn’t cleaning teeth, Kayla enjoys running and spending time with her husband and their dog, Gunnar. Her favorite Disney Princess is Aurora and she even has a princess crown on her glasses-make sure to look for it.
